For many people inviting a tradesman into their home can feel uncomfortable. "Can they be trusted? Will they care as much as I do about their quality of work?". These were the questions I asked myself many years ago when I wanted to improve my home. I didn't know the answer to those questions but I was sure nobody would take as much care as I would on each improvement which is precisely why I started undertaking my own home improvements 25 years ago. With helping friends and family members to improve their homes the natural progression for me was to offer my services to anybody that doesn't have the time, patience or skill themselves.
Despite the work of a handyman being practical and often highly skilled in nature, having a very strong customer service and support background really helps and I value good relationships with the people I work with. Building a good rapport with clients is key to providing a good service. I welcome all feedback on my work.
I put a lot of emphasis into being reliable and do not like letting people down once appointments have been scheduled. Being brought up with honesty being the best policy and being a Yorkshire man, I'll do my utmost to help you spend your money wisely on your home or business to improve your surroundings.
Every task always comes down to the little details and paying close attention to those little details makes all the difference. When I am happy with the outcome of a project I believe you will be too. However, please do not hesitate to bring to my attention anything you would like me to revisit. Your satisfaction is my goal.
I offer a friendly, honest service, and am happy to talk with you to discuss your requirements and will endeavour to create the home you have always dreamed of.
My passion is working with wood and I enjoy creating bespoke storage, cupboards and beds which can often help in small rooms where you don’t have a large amount of floor space.
In some spaces only bespoke solutions can work and I take pride in exploiting lost or wasted space.
